Q. What is your return policy?
A. Believe it or not, we DO allow returns on all our products within the first 30 days! You may ask, why would we do this? Because we know that with more than 80 products that we offer, you may select something that contains information you already know, or simply don’t need. We believe that if you know there is no risk involved, you will feel free to order more knowing you can exchange or return what you don’t like.

Q. What are the shipping fees?
A. The shipping fees for your items will show up when you check out on the shopping cart page. Call for international orders, Alaska and Hawaii.

Q. What are some hints to help us get the most from your products?

A-1 First of all, we recommend you purchase a second DVD for only $10.00 so if a staff member decides to keep it (happens a lot!) then you have the original at your offiice and, you can also have multiple staff members watching it at the same time. We recommend that you only copy parts of the accompanying book they will need so they can follow along.

A-2 Pay your staff an hour of wage per DVD to watch them, but have each staff member required to hand in notes on what they learned. Give them a pay period to watch them and don’t pay them until they return the products with notes proving they did what you asked. (Aren’t we sneaky as owners?)

A-3 At the next staff meeting, have that staff person give a summation of what they learned from the materials - praise them highly!
