There are eight pages of skills--four levels for preschool including Parent & Tot and four for School-age. The skills include four level event rockets featuring Tumbling, Bars, Beam, and Trampoline in progressional order for safety. As you teach the skills they go from the bottom to the top of the rockets. When they achieve all the skills in each event, they can receive an award and progress to the next level. There is also a virtue or character development aspect to these skill cards as well. Also included is Patti’s full explanation of how to use this program and sample sheets of progression rockets for each level on a text CD. This way you can modify it to fit your curriculum. This program can make your gym more organized and appear to parents that you really put a lot of time and effort into your teaching modality and strategy.
